Venom (Part 1)

An interview with the kings of black metal, Venom. It was conducted poolside on the patio of a rundown Huntington Beach motel on April 17, 1985. Abaddon and Cronos did most of the talking while Mantas did laps in the pool and shouted out occasional phrases. They were in town to play a show at the Palladium along with Slayer and Exodus. The tape recorder I used picked up every external noise including helicopters and splashing water so you might have to strain to hear some passages. But it’s worth it because Abaddon talks some pretty good smack. Well hope you all enjoy it and thanks for listening… ~OG Adam Bomb
